Aroma & Character
“Ballast away” combines the strong, slightly smoky taste of China Gunpowder green tea with the tangy freshness of lemon peel and lemongrass. The candied pineapple pieces add a subtle sweetness, while ginger provides a slight spiciness. Pieces of apple and coriander add a fruity, spicy depth that harmoniously rounds off the taste experience.
