This spicy tea blend combines traditional ingredients that are valued in Ayurvedic teachings to harmonize body and mind. The yoga tea offers a warming and spicy blend dominated by the strong aromas of cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Cardamom seeds and white pepper provide additional spiciness and depth, while nettle leaves and sweet blackberry leaves contribute a mild, balancing sweetness. The tea is full-bodied, warming and ideal for moments of calm and mindfulness.

Classic preparation: Simmer 11 g of yoga tea in approx. 1 liter of water for about 30 minutes, sieve and add 1/4 liter of milk. Sweeten with honey to taste. Preparation with black tea: Simmer 11 g of yoga tea in approx. 1 liter of water for 30 minutes, then add 6 g of black tea (we recommend our Ceylon Highgrown, Art. No. 22453 on catalog page 59) and leave to infuse for a further 3 – 5 minutes. Strain and refine with milk or sweeten.
