Gentle fermentation and traditional pressing preserve the natural aromas and make this tea a complex yet pleasantly mild pleasure.

Schwarzer Tee, Pu Erh
China Yunnan:

Origin

This tea comes from Shangri-La in northwest Yunnan, a region known for its pristine mountain landscapes and rich tea culture. Tea production here still follows the old methods of the mountain tribes, which gives the tea its authentic character.

Specialities

Inspired by the tea traditions of the Tibetan inhabitants of Shangri-La, this special Pu Erh was first created as a 70% Shou and 30% Sheng blend. The combination of these two Pu Erh styles creates a tea that has both the depth and earthiness of mature Shou and the fresh complexity of Sheng. The natural fermentation and traditional pressing give it a unique smoothness.
