Specialities
Yunnan Yellow Needle is inspired by the traditional Yun Shan Yin Zhen from Hunan, but is produced in the famous tea-growing region of Yunnan. Using a special production process typical of yellow tea, the delicate tea tips are lightly fermented and slowly dried, which preserves their complex aroma and soft texture. The result is a tea with its own unique character, characterized by the mineral-rich soils and extreme climate of Yunnan. The combination of indigenous cultivars and the traditional production process produces an exceptional yellow tea.
