Ali Shan Qingxin White Oolong offers a multi-layered, harmonious aroma and a creamy, round mouthfeel. The first infusion reveals a long-lasting sweetness, notes of wood and honey, a hint of cinnamon and a subtle hint of lemon peel. This balance of mineral freshness and spicy depth is created by Master Atong Chen, whose roasting gives the tea its lively complexity. In the second infusion, a slight sourness emerges, which gives way to roasted aromas and subtle citrus notes. Later infusions reveal a gentle sweetness reminiscent of sweet bread and wood, before the aromas become milder and achieve a balanced elegance.
Origin
This White Oolong comes from the high altitudes of the Ali Shan in Taiwan. The cool mountain air, the foggy climate and the mineral-rich soils provide optimal conditions that give the tea its woody and mineral notes as well as a special depth and elegance.

This White Oolong is a real rarity. Thanks to a rare hybrid processing method, the tea combines the best of two worlds: First withered for a long time like a White tea, it then undergoes traditional Oolong processing. This combination gives it the fresh sweetness and lightness of a White Tea, paired with the complexity and creamy mouthfeel of an Oolong. A tea of incomparable finesse that enchants connoisseurs and aficionados.
