Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices for shipping, stated on the checkout pages, include German VAT and all other price components.
We deliver worldwide!
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These depend dynamically on the delivery address, the selected shipping service provider, weight and size of the parcel. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the order page.
International Shipping Outside the EU
If your parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable”, due to an incorrect address, rejection by your customs agency, or any other reason, we cannot be held responsible! We can attempt to resend the parcel, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the cost of the second shipping attempt.
If you request a refund, please note that there are no full refunds for returned items. You will receive a refund minus the original shipping fee and the cost of returning the parcel to Germany. If the order is older than 6 months, no refund is possible!
Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country to avoid unnecessary and costly issues or delays. If you require specific documents, certificates, or invoices, please let us know before placing your order. Please be aware that we cannot provide phytosanitary certificates or similar documents. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether such documentation is required for the destination country, regardless of what customs may state. If you place an order without first checking the requirements with customs and are later asked to provide a phytosanitary certificate or a similar document, Your Tea Garden is in no way responsible, and our terms regarding rejected/returned parcels apply. This is non-negotiable, as you must agree to these terms before completing your purchase.
All tariffs, taxes, duties, and handling fees imposed by your customs agency or postal service are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you return the parcel to avoid customs duties, that is fine, but shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the parcel to Germany will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
