Ripe Pu Erh (Shou)

Shou Pu Erh tea, also known as “matured Pu Erh”, is a unique, fermented tea from the Chinese province of Yunnan. Through a special post-fermentation process, Shou Pu Erh tea develops its characteristic, earthy and strong flavors. This process is carefully controlled and can take several weeks, with the tea leaves maturing in slightly humid conditions to develop their dark color and deep, complex flavors. Shou Pu Erh tea is known for its mild, smooth flavors with notes of earthiness, wood and gentle sweetness. Experience the complexity of Shou Pu Erh anew with every infusion and be inspired by its depth and harmony! Shou Pu Erh tea can gain even more depth and flavor through storage. Stored correctly, Pu Erh tea lasts for many decades and can continue to develop over the years.
