The prices stated on the product pages are VAT-exempt in accordance with German UStG §19.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These depend dynamically on the country of delivery and, if applicable, on the weight of the parcel. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

International shipping outside the EU
If your parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” or due to an incorrect address or rejection by your customs authority (or for any other reason), we accept no responsibility! We may attempt to resend the package, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the cost of resending.
If you would like a refund, please note that there is no full refund for returned items. You will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs and the costs for the return shipment to Germany. If the order is older than 6 months, no refund is possible!
Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country to avoid unnecessary and costly problems or delays. If you require specific documents, certificates or invoices, please let us know before placing your order. Please note that we cannot provide phytosanitary certificates or similar documents. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine if such documents are required for the destination country, regardless of what customs says. If you place an order without first clarifying the requirements with your customs authority and a phytosanitary certificate or similar document is later requested, Your Tea Garden is in no way responsible and our terms regarding rejected/returned packages will apply. This is non-negotiable as you must agree to these terms before finalizing your order.
All duties, taxes, import charges and handling fees levied by your customs authority or postal service are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning the package to avoid customs fees, that is fine, but the shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the parcel to Germany will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
