The BIO Matcha Kanayamidori impresses with its balanced, sweet and mild taste. The flavors are very suitable for both beginners and connoisseurs. Mild umami notes form the basis. Origin

Organic Matcha Kanayamidori comes from the Miyazaki tea region, which is known for its sustainable tea cultivation and ideal climatic conditions. The tea leaves are grown at high altitudes in the region and harvested by hand to preserve their freshness and quality. After harvesting, the leaves are ground in an intricate process in Shizuoka Prefecture. Traditional stone mills are used here to make the tea powder particularly fine and aromatic. This careful production process ensures an incomparably intense aroma and the bright green color of the matcha.
