Origin
Jade Dong Ding is grown on the Dong Ding mountain (translated: “frozen peak”) in Taiwan, where the climate is characterized by misty slopes, high humidity and cool winds. This microclimate, combined with mineral-rich soils, creates optimal conditions for the tea plants, which develop their brilliant color and intense flavor here. These climatic influences shape the tea with its floral and grassy nuances and make it one of the most original teas in the region.

Jade Dong Ding is a classic Taiwanese tea that looks back on a long tradition. The tea is lightly fermented using traditional methods and carefully processed by hand to preserve the delicate, aromatic leaves.
