Origin
Yin Xiang is grown in Guangxi, a province in the south of China. The subtropical monsoon climate and the fertile soils of this region give the tea its characteristic freshness and fruitiness. The craftsmanship of the local tea farmers and the traditional processing methods make Yin Xiang an elegant and unique variety that perfectly reflects the aromas of the region.
Specialities
Yin Xiang comes from the southern province of Guangxi and is processed using a traditional, gentle method that keeps the tea particularly fresh and aromatic. The freshly harvested tea leaves are briefly roasted in pans to stop the natural fermentation process and preserve the full aroma. They are then dried in large drums, which gives the tea its slight astringency and fruity taste. Yin Xiang not only offers high quality, but also excellent value for money, which makes it particularly attractive for beginners and connoisseurs.
