Aroma & Character
This exceptionally mature white tea impresses with a deep, heavy sweetness that is reminiscent of raw cookie dough. The fine jasmine note is subtly integrated and lends the tea an elegant floral note, while light citrus nuances round off the taste profile. The tea has gained in softness and complexity through ageing, making it a fascinating taste experience. The texture is silky-smooth and full-bodied.

Origin
Hengxian in the Chinese province of Guangxi is known as the center of jasmine cultivation and produces some of the best flavored teas in China. The high-quality, tippy tea material used here comes from carefully tended tea gardens and is processed using traditional methods.
Specialities
This limited edition Beeng Cha was flavored several times with fresh jasmine blossoms in Hengxian in 2013, then matured and pressed in 2016. Fine leaf buds were used, which are otherwise only used in Yin Zhen. The maturation gives it a unique flavor profile that evolves with each year. As a mature white tea, it offers enormous storage potential and becomes even more complex and harmonious with time. A true rarity for tea lovers!
